QUICK-CURE 5min epoxy is an equal 2-part hobby adhesive that forms a high strength bond through a chemical reaction between the resin & hardener. The cured epoxy is resistant to most chemicals.
This epoxy is the least temperature-sensitive of our epoxies. It will cure in temps as low as 40*F. Temps above 90*F shorten the working time from 5 mins to less than 4mins before the epoxy begins to set.
Ensure that working surface is clean of dust & oils. Textured surfaces work best for adhesion, smooth non-porous surfaces should be roughened with coarse sandpaper to ensure proper adhesion.
Using acetone or isopropyl alcohol works best to ensure that the work surface to clean.
Can form lasting bonds on a wide range of materials such as balsa wood & glass, metal, ceramic, porcelain, stone, foam & more, but not recommended if those areas are going to be immersed in water.
Full cure time in less than 15 minutes.
NOTE: This glue may cause skin irritations, if contact with skin happens rinse are with soap & water, not for internal usage, ensue that proper ventilation is used when using this product indoors. Contains epoxy & mercaptan polymer resins. Keep away from children & pets.
