The Necrons Warriors box set is a foundational, multi-purchase plastic squad kit released by Games Workshop. It functions as the core, cold-hearted battleline spine of a Necron Tomb World army and includes an integrated fast-attack option. The box contains 70 plastic components that assembles 13 miniatures in total.
10 Necron Warriors: Skeleton-like cybernetic foot soldiers. Each warrior can be individualized with a choice of two distinct heads (some showing battle-damaged armor plating).
3 Canoptek Scarab Swarms: Choephori-like skittering robotic constructs.
Supplied with 10x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 3x Citadel 40mm Hex Hole Round Bases. The modern iteration of this kit is completely glueless, allowing push-fit assembly directly off the sprues, making it highly friendly to beginners.
Each warrior can be uniquely armed with one of two distinct primary ranged weapons, Gauss Flayer - the iconic long-range choice, providing steady, traditional medium-range firepower as the squad marches across the table. Gauss Reaper - a devastating, shorter-range alternative featuring a dual-barrel array, ideal for aggressive playstyles or units jumping out of transports.
Necron Warriors excel as an attrition-based anchor on objectives due to their high miniature volume and unique rules. Their hallmark mechanic allows them to continually repair and reassemble fallen models at the start of your turn, meaning opponents must wipe out a maximum 20-man unit completely or watch them steadily stand back up. The Cryptek "Brick" - Players frequently attach a Plasmancer to lower critical hit thresholds to 5+ (triggering massive amounts of Lethal Hits), or pair them with Orikan the Diviner to grant the entire squad a vital 4+ invulnerable save. Ghost Ark Symbiosis - Running a 10-man squad alongside or inside a Ghost Ark creates a potent mobile fortification, as the vehicle provides bonus reanimation triggers out-of-phase to keep the squad alive.
