Water-based acrylic paint manufactured by Games Workshop.
Citadel Layer paints have a lower pigment density than Base paints.
This transparency makes them ideal for building up rich, multi-layered color transitions and painting crisp edge highlights.
It pairs well with a recessed shade of Fireslayer Flesh (or similar warm brown/flesh tones) and sharp edge highlights using Ungor Flesh.
Smooth, matte finish.
