This water-based, non-toxic paint dries to a smooth, flat matte finish and is entirely safe for plastic, resin, or metal miniatures.
It provides a deep, cool, and saturated greenish-blue (teal-like) tone that serves as the iconic, definitive base color for the armor of the Thousand Sons Legion and Rubric Marines in Warhammer 40,000.
As part of the Citadel Base line, it is engineered with a dense pigment count that ensures heavy, opaque coverage in just one or two thin layers over both black or white primers
