This paint dries to a smooth, flat matte finish.
It serves as the iconic, definitive base color for the Ultramarines faction in Warhammer 40,000, making it one of the most recognizable and widely used dark blue tones in tabletop gaming hobby spaces.
Formulated with a dense pigment count, it achieves smooth, uniform coverage across plastic, resin, or metal models with a single coat over black or white primers.
Water-based acrylic paint engineered specifically to apply a solid, high-opacity foundation layer over miniatures.
