Features heavy pigments that completely obscure the primer below. Zenithal highlights are largely unnecessary because the paint is quite opaque, because it behaves like a wash or contrast paint, high brush control is required. Its surface tension causes it to spill easily into fine adjacent details if applied too heavily.
Due to heavy separation of the metallic medium and the shading pigments, shake the dropper bottle thoroughly before every session.
Do not use a wet palette with this paint. Speedpaints can bleed through the hydro-sheet and permanently stain the foam underneath. Use a plastic, metal, or ceramic well palette.
Apply over a light-coloured primer like matte white, beige, or light grey for the brightest, most vibrant metallic results.
If you need a more subtle tint or a glaze, dilute it using Speedpaint Medium rather than water to maintain the paint's chemical integrity.
