  • It flows smoothly over primed surfaces, acting as a wash and a basecoat simultaneously to instantly create shading, vibrant color, and highlights. Do not use water to thin Speedpaints, if you want to reduce color intensity or use the paint as a glaze, use Speedpaint Medium.
  • A dark, blackish gray-green colour, it skews closer to a moody gray than a vibrant green, making it highly effective for swampy terrain, camouflage, or dark monstrous skin.
  • Apply one rich layer directly over a light or white-primed miniature. The paint flows naturally into recesses to build instant shadows while leaving highlights on raised edges.
  • Speedpaints are highly translucent, it serves as a rapid base layer, unlike the original formula, the 2.0 resin allows hobbyists to apply traditional acrylic highlights over it in minutes without reactivation.
  • Avoid overworking the paint with your brush once applied, as this can disrupt the drying and pooling process.
  • Allow the paint to fully cure (usually about an hour) before applying traditional acrylics or washes over it.
